Project Catabase - Powered by Formula Translation
=========

[![Build Status](https://travis-ci.org/openwhisk/openwhisk.svg?branch=master)](https://travis-ci.org/openwhisk/openwhisk)

__Project Catabase__ is a massive corpus of cat pictures and videos encoded and compiled by the cats themselves using __Formula Translation__ technology and the __IBM Feline Thinking__ methodology.

We think you'll agree it's a revolutionary way to renew one of humankind's most valuable natural resources by employing the resource to renew itself in perpetuity.

In this repository you'll find the corpus of `cata` itself, as well as instructions on how to feed, read, and analyze the data using the `NoSqeakL` tools.

### Getting started
There are several ways to make use of the data. We also invite you to contribute any of your own Formula Translation data. See [CONTRIBUTING.md](CONTRIBUTING.md) for more details.

### Data coding
Data is input by the cats using 80 character wide punch card media. Card stock embedded with catnip works best.

### Card feeding
It's normal that encoded cards have folds, tears, and cat hair. That's why the standard provides an error correction bit that the cats can use to validate checksums. Formula Translation hardware is built in line with Postel's Law in order to process the vast amount of imperfect data received.

### Cat feeding
See owner's manual.

### Cat kneading
See owner's torn up furniture.

### Using NoSqueakL
TBD.
