# merilles_ir_microscope
A repo for the IR mircroscope (meriles lab)
# Installation
To configure the environment please make sure you have `python 3.10.x` and pip package `yapenv` installed and in path, then run:
```bash
yapenv -r init
```
Then run the kernal install,
```
qudi-install-kernel
```
