extractCMS

CMS (PKCS#7) SignedData extraction functions.
Does support DER, PEM and bare Base64 input.
Does support constructed content (often used to create signatures in a stream).
NodeJS usage
------------
Install with `npm install --save @lapo/extractcms`, use like this:
