this is just the clone of the Akiko Asami's jenkins redmine plugin from svn codes (https://svn.jenkins-ci.org/trunk/hudson/plugins/redmine/) as Revision 38659.
History data is not imported due to some difficulity
Plan

1. add support for git
2. contribute back to Akika Asami.
Why clone it here

1. try to contibute the patch, git is the easy way to share code
