To make informed investment decisions, various analytical approaches are employed, including:
1. Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Analysis: These financial statements provide valuable insights into a company’s revenue, expenses, profitability, assets, liabilities, and overall financial health. The income statement reflects profitability over a specific period, while the balance sheet offers a snapshot of the company’s financial position at a given point in time.
