# interactive-embedding-kidney
This repo contains the file to generate an interactive view of a feature set in the tensorflow embedding projector web-interface.

A similar visualization can be done with KNIME. Get the [workflow](https://kni.me/w/O3Q36l_xNLQ85IRg).The features are derived from a toxicity screening in Zebrafish.
