# Re-analysis of Combes kidney organoid data using LaminDB

This repository re-analyzes the data of [Combes et al. (2019), Genome Biology.](https://genomemedicine.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13073-019-0615-0) to test [LaminDB](https://lamin.ai/docs).

It consists of download scripts and a sequence of [Quarto](https://quarto.org/) notebooks.

This is currently an initial proof-of-concept and the code is incomplete and unfinished.
