## Pool-Sequencing corrections for population genetic statistics

This repository contains our equations and evaluations of Pool-Sequencing corrections for population genetic statistics. See the [Releases](https://github.com/lczech/pool-seq-pop-gen-stats/releases) for the latest version of the document.

We have implemented the described equations in [grenedalf](https://github.com/lczech/grenedalf).
