LeoFS tools for maintenance

* Log Backupper

   Usage: log_backupper.sh [DATE] [DAYS]  

      DATE: Log of target date. Default is yesterday. (ex:20130930)  

      DAYS: Number of days to retain archive files. Default is DURATION value. (ex:10)
