## 🚀 About me

- Eternal learner, fascinated by the process of self-discovery, always seeking new strategies to learn and develop skills that can contribute to my professional and professional growth. With 15 years of experience in the area of ​​technology in general, from assembling and maintaining computers to developing CI/CD pipelines, already with 4 years as **DevOps** at **Grupo Mateus**, a lot of experience in supermarkets, wholesale, real estate and household appliances, e-commerce and baking. Some of my activities include **developing and managing CI/CD pipelines**, **managing project teams with agile methodologies** and **incident support teams**.

- What distinguishes me from other IT professionals is my ability to communicate and move well between technical and non-technical environments, being able to integrate the two environments by distilling technical and complex concepts into a slightly simpler language. I believe that effective communication is key to delivering successful projects and working closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the development process.

- In addition to my technical skills, I am passionate about staying up to date and discovering new things. Committed to continuous learning and development, seeking to participate in communities, read articles, take courses and practical laboratories to expand my knowledge and skills.
