# SUFI

An automated approach to spectral unmixing of fluorescent images

## Downloading instructions

1. Download or clone SUFI github repository

2. Download example datasets from https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.13577840.v6

## Running instructions

1. Extract contents of downloaded example zip files into appropriate folder under example_data

2. Open MATLAB and run demo.m

3. Output .mat files .tiff are saved within chosen example dataset folder

4. Edit demo.m to choose a different example-dataset/own-datset and re-do steps 1-3
