A custom base image built with [Red Hat Universal Base Image](https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/ubi9/618326f8c0d15aff4912fe0b) and [s6-overlay](https://github.com/just-containers/s6-overlay).

- There is no `latest` tag for any of our base images, by design. We often make breaking changes between versions, and we don't publish release notes like we do for the downstream images.
