Simplistic, single input view form 

_Very inspired by the [Minimal Format Interface][5]._

Inspired by the form seen on the end of the [PageLanes website](http://www.pagelanes.com/)

# Usage

``` java

  MinimalFormLayout mForm=(MinimalFormLayout)findViewById(R.id.form);

  mForm.build(List titlelist);

  //mForm.build(List titlelist,List inputtype);

  //mForm.build(List titlelist,List inputtype,List verify,List errormsg);

  mForm.setOnSubmitListener(SubmitListener listener);

  mForm.setSuccessMsg("Thank you! We'll be in touch.");

```
