1) Copy the VBA script in the "ThisOutlookSession" script of the Developer Tools of Outlook

2) Make sure you have ruby installed on your machine

3) Install the ocra gem, the oauth gem, the certified gem

4) make sure that the .rb file works in the terminal

5) Convert the .rb file into an .exe

6) Customize your signature with %tweet_feed% variable where you want the tweet to appear
