# Metabolic articles and Chinese-translations, 內分泌相關文章及選譯 

　　Here are my web publications and Chinese-translated articles on metabolism and diabetes treatments. I am a type-one diabetes for twenties years, and have treated myself since 4 years ago when 35 years old. In these self-treated years I have used Dr. Richard Bernstein's book as my medical guidance to normalize my blood sugar, and read books from Gary Taubes, Nina Teicholz, Dr. Jason Fung, Dr. Eric Westman, Jimmy Moore and Dr. Keith Runyan as my diet discipline to improve my health as a whole. However, many of these books have no chinese translation here in Taiwan, in which I have lived for almost 40 years. Doing translations about endocrinology and diet may help a little bit aid in the treatment of this serious endocrine disorder, while at the same time is also my life and healing records. I have put all my articles and translations in four websites, which are Blogger, Wordpress, FB and PTT (one of Taiwanese Bulletin Board System), at the time of this writing, and I may spot on new publishing spaces if appropriate.  

　　The translations here are not complete unless of which materials could be obtained free on the internet. For priced texts I just choose partial paragraphs and chapters, which attract me, as my translation exercises. If anyone who is interesting about them, please go get the books or papers for a more complete experience.  

　　這裡是一些我在網路上發表過及翻譯的文章，内容基本上都是内分泌、飲食及糖尿病治療相關的議題。我自己是位罹病20年的第1型糖尿病患，並在約4年前35歲時開始自我治療，其依據的方法及文獻多是來自Richard Bernstein, Gary Taubes, Nina Teicholz, Dr. Jason Fung, Dr. Eric Westman, Jimmy Moore及Keith Runyan的東西，而他們的書籍或相關的論文也是我翻譯文章的主要材料；也因為有了這些科學的指導方法，我的病情才因此獲得了極大的改善。這些中文翻譯或文章可能可以提供需要的人一點參考價值外，也是我治療過程及生活記錄的一部份。  

　　所有的翻譯文章、除了其原材料可在網路上免費取得之外，所有須付費購買的書籍或論文其翻譯都是不完全的（我只會選譯自己覺得有趣的段落或部分篇章），因此有興趣且可以進行英文閱讀的讀者請務必直接參考原文材料，如此亦可對全書或論文的主題有更深入的了解與掌握。
