Visual scanning of optical transient candidates in PTF Image Differencing

Analysis pipeline.

This program presents a list of optical transient candidates resulting from the

Palomar Transient Factory (PTF) Image Differencing Analysis (PTFIDE) pipeline.

It acts as a miniature web server, and creates thumbnails and lists of

candidates on the fly.
