### What's EzosFit?

EzosFit is a web app designed to help you calculate the ideal macronutrient intake to achieve your goals, whether it’s losing weight or gaining muscle mass. Additionally, our web app keeps you motivated by tracking and encouraging you to hit your daily targets consistently.
