A sample dataset of 1001 Zillow property listings

A Zillow dataset sample of over 1000 property listings. Dataset was extracted using the Bright Data API.



Data points included in this free dataset:



* ```zpid```: A unique identifier for the property listing on Zillow

* ```url```: The URL or link to the property listing

* ```city```: The city in which the property is located

* ```state```: The state in which the property is located

* ```streetAddress```: The street address of the property

* ```zipcode```: The ZIP code of the property

* ```price```: The price of the property

* ```homeStatus```: The status of the home (e.g., for sale, sold)

* ```homeType```: The type of the home

* ```longitude```: The longitude coordinate of the property

* ```latitude```: The latitude coordinate of the property

* ```photoCount```: The number of photos associated with the property listing

* ```currency```: The currency in which the price and estimates are listed

* ```livingArea```: The total living area of the property

* ```lotSize```: The size of the lot

* ```propertyTaxRate```: The property tax rate for the property

* ```rentZestimate```: The Zillow estimate of the property's rental value

* ```description```: A textual description or details about the property

* ```tourViewCount```: The count of views for property tours

* ```streetViewMetadataUrlMediaWallLatLong```: URL for street view metadata using latitude and longitude

* ```isVerifiedClaimedByCurrentSignedInUser```: Indicates whether the claimed listing is verified by the current signed-in user (True/False)

* ```isZillowOwned```: Indicates whether Zillow owns the property (True/False)

This is a sample subset which is derived from the "Zillow Property Listings (public data)"

dataset which includes more than 134,060,000 companies.



Available dataset file formats: JSON, NDJSON, JSON Lines, CSV, or Parquet. Optionally, files can be compressed to .gz.



Dataset delivery type options: Email, API download, Webhook, Amazon S3, Google Cloud storage, Google Cloud PubSub, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, SFTP.



Update frequency: Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Custom basis.
