# CCLE Clustergrammer

This project re-analyzes and visualizes the CCLE gene expression data using Clustergrammer. The original data is obtained from the [Broad Institute](https://portals.broadinstitute.org/ccle/home). The original GCT file from the Broad Institute is not saved in this repo.
