### 🧠 About Me

I’m **Isuru Alagiyawanna**, currently the **Head of AI Engineering at Veracity Group**, where I lead multiple teams across **NLP**, **Computer Vision**, and **Data Analytics** to build AI products that actually ship and scale.

I’m also the **Founder of Zuu Crew AI**, a hands-on ML & AI engineering academy focused on turning learners into **production-ready ML engineers** – not just tutorial finishers.

Over the past years I’ve:

- Built **LLM and agentic AI–powered systems** for real-world use cases (RAG, workflow automation, voice agents, decision support tools).

- Led end-to-end AI projects from **data → models → MLOps → deployment**, especially in telecom, finance, and operations.

- Taught and spoken at **meetups, bootcamps, and conferences** on **Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic Workflows** – including talks on how to take models from notebooks to production.

- Been awarded an **AWS Machine Learning Engineer Nanodegree Scholarship** (Udacity).

- Completed **150 Coursera Certifications** & **50 DeepLearning.AI Certifications**.

I care about two things a lot:  

  **(1)** Making AI systems reliable in production, and  

  **(2)** Making advanced ML concepts understandable for engineers, founders, and students.
