meminfo For Node.js

Get memory information on Linux.
You need to set up the Rust development environment: [rustup](https://rustup.rs/)
## Usage
You can use the `meminfo` function to get the fields and values from `/proc/meminfo`.
If you like to use the `free` command on Linux, you probably prefer to use the `free` function to get the objects which have the same fields as the `free` command does.
