## 📦 **Installation & Setup**
### 1️⃣ **Clone the Project**
```bash

cd TaskPilot

### 2️⃣ **Setup Frontend**
```bash
cd frontend
npm install
npm run dev
```
### 3️⃣ **Setup Backend**
```bash
cd backend
npm install
npm start
```
### 4️⃣ **Configure .env File**
Create a `.env` file in the backend directory and add:
```
MONGO_URI=your_mongodb_connection_string
FIREBASE_API_KEY=your_firebase_api_key
```
