School2014 HTML 基本布景

從 school2014 起，佈景採用新版架構（需搭配 Tad Tools 2.07 以上），將 Bootstrap 和 HTML 兩種架構統一起來，只要利用 config.php 檔的設定，就可以快速切換成 HTML 固定寬度架構，或者 Bootstrap 自適應架構。

此佈景只是一個基礎架構，沒有任何美編編排，是提供有興趣開發佈景者的一個基本的可運行架構而已。
