* Create Customer: Implemented a form to allow admins to add new customers, capturing essential details like name, email, contact number, and address.
* Read Customer Data: Developed functionality to display a list of all customers, providing detailed views with customer information, including order history and interaction logs.
* Update Customer Information: Allowed admins to edit customer details, such as name, contact information, and preferences, ensuring easy management of customer profiles.
* Delete Customer: Enabled admins to remove customers from the system, with appropriate confirmations and safeguards to prevent accidental deletions.

* Real-time Communication: Integrated real-time chat functionality using Socket.IO, allowing instant communication between admins and users.
