Live events processor.

This first iteration includes:

- **Realtime consumer** to ingest every live commentary of matches in progress into the system.

- **Batch consumer** to ingest every commentary of matches into the system and store them in a file.

- **Telegram Bot Server** to subscribe to custom matches updates about players, teams, etc.
