Source code for the final work of applied bioinformatics with python within the subject "Massive Data Processing" of the Master in Biotechnology of the University of Cadiz. 

Included:

- Executable script in Jupyter Notebook (.ipynb extension).

- Executable script from the terminal with Python 3.6.7 (.py extension).

According to the evaluation requirements of the course, the lines of code include comments and clarifications in Spanish.
