# Matheus Mortari — Web Portfolio

## 🌐 About Me

I am a full-stack web developer and Systems Analysis & Development student at the University of Passo Fundo (UPF), based in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Through my studies and project work, I have specialized in creating clean, responsive user interfaces, along with robust back-end systems such as RESTful APIs and databases. I have optimized my development workflow by employing custom tooling and automation processes.
