`bash compile_kotlin.sh` compiles Kotlin script

`java -jar out.jar` run compiled script

To add REUSE / SPDX-FileCopyrightText to files in StreetComplete repository (required by NGI0, done, not deployed on a main StreetComplete repository) run `adder.rb`
