# Dextromethorphan model
This repository provides the dextromethorphan physiologically based pharmacokinetics (PBPK) model described in> Grzegorzewski J, Brandhorst J, König M. Physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling of the role of CYP2D6 polymorphism for metabolic phenotyping with dextromethorphan.
