This code has been Reviewed & Released, and contains the necessary UCRL info

and notices.

To build:  mpif90 (or equivalent) miranda_io.f90

To run:  number of processes, etc. comes from mpirun or the launch mechanism.

The environment variable MIRANDA_IO_FNAME may be set to use a specific

file name for testing.
