# Journal Club Jupyter Seminar

This repository contains the notebook presented in the [Journal Club](https://sites.google.com/view/biomedical-informatics-jc/) seminar on Jupyter for Winter Semester 2018. 

## Use

To view a static version of the notebook, just open the [Journal Club.ipynb](https://github.com/mdbloice/Journal-Club/blob/master/Journal%20Club.ipynb) file directly.

To execute the notebook locally, clone this resository and run `jupyter notebook` from the command line in the repository's root directory.
