## Installation

## Usage
- **Admin Users** can manage athletes, competitions, and referees.
- **Club Representatives** can handle athlete transfers and participation requests.
- **Coaches** can add athletes to competitions.
- **Referees** can request to officiate competitions and track their assignments.
