# Block Page

This HTML page is designed to display certain contents on a page using a block structure.

## How to Use?

1. Open the `index.html` file in a web browser.

2. The page displays a title followed by a series of block contents.

3. Blocks are shown on the page with a horizontal scrolling effect.
