set envoirenment variables:

note you need to get your discord link credinatials from the coc api server at https://discord.gg/clashapi

discordlink_username: your discord link api username

discordlink_password: your discord link api password

cocapi_username username you provided for clash of clans api

cocapi_password: password you have for clash of clans api

DISCORD_TOKEN: discord token

intall cargo watch to auto detect changes

`cargo install cargo-watch` 

run cargo watch
