# Help Text Viewer

> This widget isn't actively supported, please use the better alternative: 'Bootstrap Tooltip' widget, for this purpose instead.

> Because this widget is used a lot, we decided to create a MX6 version, but we will not actively support this widget

The Help Text Viewer provides the possibility to enhance your forms by adding help buttons. These buttons display a help message when clicked or hovered.  

Optionally, the buttons can be hidden by default, with a global switch (the Help Text Trigger) to show or hide them.
