GUI network recon + wake-on-lan tool, with active ARP/NDP/ping scanner, port scanner, passive ARP/NDP/IP sniffer.

Discover and track hosts on network, and send wake-on-lan packets to wake capable devices.

Requires Python 3.10+ (case matching)
