# Merge Gateway — Claude Code Skills

A Claude Code plugin with skills for integrating with, building on, and migrating to [Merge Gateway](https://docs.merge.dev/merge-gateway).

## Installation

Add the plugin marketplace, then install:

```bash
claude plugin marketplace add merge-api/merge-gateway-skills

```

## How It Works

All skills route your LLM calls through Merge Gateway using the **Merge Gateway SDK**, available in both Python and TypeScript:

Python:

Key conventions:
- **Model names** use `provider/model` format (e.g., `openai/gpt-4o`, `anthropic/claude-sonnet-4-20250514`)
- **Auth** uses a single `mg_...` API key for all providers
