# Posture Parrot

Posture Parrot is an application designed to help computer users maintain their health and prevent Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSIs). It does this by reminding users at regular intervals to take breaks from their computer to rest their eyes, stand, stretch, and perform other healthful activities.
