Scoop Apps for Meshery command line clients

## Usage

### Installation Commands

To install `mesheryctl`, execute the following commands.

```

scoop bucket add mesheryctl https://github.com/mesheryio/scoop-bucket.git

scoop install mesheryctl

```

### Upgrading

To upgrade `mesheryctl`, execute the following command.

```

scoop update mesheryctl

```
