# MetaFold Technical Service
Desktop service management software for repair shops and technical service teams.
MetaFold Technical Service is built to manage the daily workflow of technical service businesses: customer records, device intake, repair status, stock usage, supplier parts, payments, warranty follow-up, staff permissions, reports, backups, and customer communication.

Repair shops often manage service records, payments, stock, customer calls, and delivery status across notebooks, spreadsheets, messaging apps, and memory. MetaFold brings these workflows into one desktop application with a practical interface designed for real business usage.
