MeterSphere 平台插件

与 MeterSphere V2.4 后续的版本类似， MeterSphere V3.x 同样通过插件的方式来对接第三方缺陷与需求管理系统，比如

禅道、TAPD、Azure DevOps 等。

用户可通过安装对应第三方平台的插件，来实现缺陷和需求的创建、关联和同步。

### 版本说明

插件的版本与 MeterSphere 版本相对应。由于基础SDK的调整, 最新的V3.x版本插件最低支持 MeterSphere 3.x 版本。

### 下载插件
