Work in progress : retroarch frontend with libgdx

Tested on Linux Ubuntu 16.04

* Install retroarch and all cores

	$ sudo apt-get install retroarch libretro-*

* Then run retroarch GUI and download databases and thumbnails

	$ retroarch
