# targeted-individuals-volume-down
# Introduction
Targeted individuals hear a hidden communication. The volume of the audio is not constant. It is sometimes loud and other times relatively low volume. Targeted individuals could significantly benefit from being able to keep the volume always low, or mute it completely.

# Research question
"When we observe hidden communication in TIs on an EEG, can we measurably lower the volume of the audio using some signal blocking materials?"

# Research method
Controlled experiments with a BCI device (Muse 2) and an EEG-based volume detector of the clandestine communication.

After being able to detect the clandestine communication (https://github.com/michaloblastni/insultdetector), we can record EEG data and label them manually with start/stop times when clandestine communication was heard, and in our labels for AI we can include the information about how loud the communication was (i.e. very loud, normal, quiet). And then, in real-time, we can have an AI model assess the volume of the communication. This will make its volume measurable.

After the volume is measurable, we can experimentally wear the Muse 2 BCI device in different places and find a place eventually where the volume is always low. In such place, we can then investigate the materials that are used. We may also find places where the communication is absent and try to repeat the experiments. Such finding would then allow to investigate the material which blocked the hidden communication completely.
