proftpd Admin Interface

I named this as proftpd-admin because I could'n come up with a not so boring

name.

It's just a simple CRUD to manage users

Install on Fedora 20:

sudo yum install php php-mcrypt php-pdo mariadb mariadb-server php-pdo php-mysqlnd
