# Pega Browser Tools

Set of tools to help Pega developers packed in Chrome/Firefox extension

Some code and ideas are stolen from [marcin-l/PegaDevTools](https://github.com/marcin-l/PegaDevTools) and [Virusmater/pega-deselect-tracer](https://github.com/Virusmater/pega-deselect-tracer)

Working on Google Chrome 97+ and Firefox 108 is tested. Chrome 92 and below have some issues

## Features

- Copy rule pzInsKey to clipboard

- Close Dev Studio tabs with middle click

- Deselect all Pega rulesets in Tracer settings

## Installation

- Download and unpack `pega-browser-tools-[chrome|firefox].zip` from [the latest release](https://github.com/mishankov/pega-browser-tools/releases/latest)

- Follow a couple of easy steps from [here (Chrome)](https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/mv3/getstarted/#unpacked) or [here (Firefox)](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Add-ons/WebExtensions/Your_first_WebExtension#installing)

Unsigned CRX file is also available to use in Chromium based browsers like Yandex Browser. Download `pega-browser-tools-crx.zip` from [the latest release](https://github.com/mishankov/pega-browser-tools/releases/latest)
