optic-streamer
An extremely low latency (and low effort, this really doesn't get updated at all) continuous JPEG streamer and Viewer client, written in C++ with the ZeroMQ and ZMQPP libraries.
There's also a python client for when you don't want to get into the mess of compiling c++ on windows
