= Jupyter + Spark + GraphFrames + Neo4j

This adds graphframes support and the Neo4j Driver to the https://hub.docker.com/r/jupyter/pyspark-notebook/[jupyter/pyspark-notebook^] image.

It's quite hacky because all the clean ways I tried totally didn't work.
