Quick script to convert mycowork privatisation document to ics

The script parse the Google document listed on https://mycowork.fr/ for events, and turn it

into a ics file ready to be imported in a regular calendar.

A github action run the script every night, and its result can be found on https://mscherer.github.io/mycowork_ics/
