# **Moondance** is StepMania with 60 FPS on Raspberry Pi 4

This a a working version of StepMania with **60** **FPS** on a Raspberry Pi 4. Based on the work of these awesome guys: https://projectmoon.dance/
* No overclocking needed
* No lag
* Tested and configured with these usb dance mats: https://marc.tv/out/dmat## Quick Start
1. Download Rasperry Pi OS *64-Bit* https://downloads.raspberrypi.org/raspios_arm64/images/raspios_arm64-2020-05-28/2020-05-27-raspios-buster-arm64.zip
2. Flash Rasperry Pi OS 64-Bit sd card
3. Start the Pi 4, connect a keyboard to it and start a Terminal.
4. On terminal do this:
```
cdwget -O SetupStepmania64.sh https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mtoensing/Moondance-StepMania64-pi4/master/SetupStepmania64.sh
chmod +x SetupStepmania64.sh
./SetupStepmania64.sh

## If sound volume is too low
Enter the command 'alsamixer' on a terminal and press F6. Select "HDMI" and increase the volume with the up arrow key.
