# BTAJI Crew Research Lab

## What This Is
BTAJI Crew Research Lab is a community-led series on how to do research in machine learning, AI, and data science.
The goal is simple: help beginners understand what research is, how to read papers, how to find gaps, how to build research questions, and eventually how to write and publish their own work.
Each session includes:
- A full recording
- Slides
- Session notes
- Papers and examples discussed live
- A small task to help you practice
## Start Here
If you are new, follow the sessions in order:
1. Watch Session 1 to understand research mindset and paper reading.
2. Watch Session 2 to learn gap finding, literature review, and research questions.
3. Complete the task at the end of each session.
4. Share your progress in the community.
